Tom Peters Company's Summer Research Project is open for participants until 15th August 2010.

We believe we have detected a distinct upturn in the tone of conversations with our clients recently. People seem more prepared to look ahead and talk to us about their development needs than was the case this time last year. But there is an understandable nervousness about committing resources.

Therefore we have decided to focus this year's summer research project on using our Excellence Audit survey to uncover any common traits in what business people see as the most pressing improvement priorities as companies face up to the slow haul out of recession.

We already have 180 people from our client network taking part in the survey. We still want to attract some additional people who are not already known to us but are nonetheless willing to commit between 30 and 60 minutes of their time to participate in the survey. All participants will receive the full group feedback report with our conclusions by mid September.

This research is aimed at people who are running business teams, departments, or whole businesses. We are interested in personal perceptions on future needs rather than formal company positions. All data in the survey will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Tom Peters has been heralding disruptive times like these for many years, and we want to play our part in helping leaders to navigate their way through.

Email us if you want to join in this year's project and we'll send you a link to the survey and a password.
