A Shape Up! event provides a framework and context in which such leaders and leadership teams can shape their future ambitions, compile a current-future state gap analysis, construct a change agenda, and make plans to get there.

The core methodology of a Shape Up! event is the unique Excellence Audit. The survey results expose and rank the issues ahead and show where there is alignment and/or differences between mission critical groups. The optimum route forward becomes much easier to plan.

Each Shape Up! agenda is tailored to suit the specific business context in which it is being applied, but our style will always be the same; provocative, participative and positive! Typically, a launch event will run for 2 or 3 days at an off-site location. The follow up process can be designed to fit each client’s needs.
