To respond to the world-wide interest in using the Excellence Audit, we have designed a structured distance learning process for consultants and change agents. Our distance learning approach consists of a detailed Participant's Guide, recommended background reading, pre-work assignments for each session, four webinar tutorial sessions and a private blogsite for reflections and for questions and answers between sessions.
